Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable orders will be refunded, with a $7 shipping fee. Please email shop@livonlineinc.com or call our toll free number 1-855-551-SHOP if you have any questions or concerns.

When a package is refused or undeliverable, the shipping company will charge Liv for the return delivery cost. If you choose to refuse or do not coordinate pickup of the items you ordered, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the date your order was received. All refunds will have a $7 fee applied.

Most returns are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.  A return sent back within 14 days will be fully refunded, after day 14 refunds will be issued in online credit.

 

Exchanges

Call us toll free at 1-855-551-7467 to start your exchange. Return your original item(s) within 30 days of the order receipt dates for an exchange. For any questions or concerns email us at shop@livonlineinc.com or call our toll free number 1-855-551-7467.

Returns and exchanges must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return. The shoes will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

Final Sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

All Jewelry and Sunglasses are ineligible for return.

 


Steps to Make a Return

To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

If you checked out as a guest, click here to initiate your return and print the USPS Return label.

If you have an account with LivOnline.com:

1.  Sign In to your account.
2. Go to My Account at the top of the page. Then select My Orders from the My Account dropdown.
3. Scroll down to locate the order which contains the item(s) you wish to return. Follow the prompts to initiate your return.

**When returning items with our UPS or USPS label, a $7 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund credit.

Sending Items From Multiple Orders

When returning items from multiple orders please be sure to initiate and complete the return process for each item.

 


What if my package was refused or was undeliverable?

Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping costs depend on which new shipping method you choose. If you would like to cancel an order that has been returned to us, you will be responsible for a $7 return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of processing your order.

Making an Exchange

  1. We will create a new order for you, charge at the time and ship out free ground shipping!
  2. Once the item(s) you are returning is received we will issue the credit to your account, with a $7 shipping fee.
