How do I change my Shipping Address?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please call us as soon as possible toll free at 1-855-551-7467 so that we can correct your order.

How can I check my Order Status?

Once you have submitted your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for processing and may be subject to payment verification. To check the current status of your order or to view your order history:

  1. Sign In to your Liv account.
  2. Go to ‘My Account’ at the top of the page. Then select ‘Orders’ from the menu on the left hand site of the ‘My Account’ screen.
  3. Locate the order you’re interested in and click on the order number to display the order details. Generally, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped; please call us as soon as possible at 1-855-551-7467 if you wish to change or cancel processed orders.
How do I cancel or modify my order?

Address corrections may still be possible depending on the destination of the package for an additional fee! If you wish to cancel or modify an order please call us at 1-855-551-7467 or email us at shop@livonlineinc.com.

How do I create an account?
  1. In the menu at the top of the screen, click on ‘My Account’.
  2. This will take you to a page where you can sign up under ‘Register’.
  3. Fill out the form completely.
  4. Press the Register button when completed.
I forgot my password!

No problem! Click here to be emailed a temporary password. It will be sent to the email associated with your Liv account.


How can I change my password?

If you would like to change your account password, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
  2. Login to ‘My Account’ using your existing login and password.
  3. Once logged in, on the left side of the page, there is a section that says Account Details.
  4. On the ‘Account Details’ screen, enter in your current password and then your newly chosen password, enter in twice to confirm.
  5. Click ‘Save Changes’.
How can I change my account information?

If you would like to change any of your Liv Online account information, including name, email address, and/or telephone number, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘My Account’ at the top of the page.
  2. Once logged in, on the left side of the page, there is a section that says ‘Account Details’.
  3. Change your First Name, Last Name or Email address.
  4. Click on ‘Save Changes’ once you have completed your changes.

Do you sell gift cards online?

Purchasing a LIV Gift Card is easy! Simply click here to be directed to our Gift Card page. Once there, fill out the form with the recipient’s name and email as well as the amount of the Gift Card and an optional personal message.

Once you have finished the form, click the ‘Add to cart’ button. The gift card will then be added to your bag like a regular item. The recipient will receive the virtual gift card via email once you have paid for your order.

Please note that all LIV Gift Cards are VIRTUAL, and no physical card or gift card will be mailed.

Online credit is a type of virtual fund that can be applied to a future order. 

When you receive Liv Online Credit, you will be sent an email notifying you. You will need that email to redeem your credit.  You must have a Liv Online account to obtain, find the balance, and redeem your online credit.  To apply your online credit just click the “apply store credit” button in checkout!

How are your products sized?

Please be aware that most of our clothing is Juniors’ sizing, which runs smaller than Women’s sizing.
